Letting
Terms and Conditions
Booking
Period - Self-catered bookings are usually from Friday to
Friday, although shorter lets available low and mid
season (contact
us for details). Check-in is from 4PM on the day of
arrival. Check-out is before 10AM on the day of
departure.
Longer
term lets taken over the winter season.
Deposit -
All bookings must be accompanied by a £150 deposit
(non-refundable), with in one week of booking, with the remainder of the balance to
be paid eight weeks prior to arrival. We will require the
full names of all those who will be staying. No pets
allowed!!

Payment
Methods - We can accept all major credit and debit cards
through our secure online payment facility.
Alternatively, we can accept cheques drawn on a UK bank,
International Money Orders, Wired Cash or equivalent.
Please contact
us for further advice on payment options. Cheques
should be made payable to ‘S Catchpole’. All
invoices must be paid for in UK pounds unless by prior
arrangement. Click

Cancellation
- Visitors should arrange their own cancellation
insurance. Should you need to cancel your holiday,
please notify us as soon as possible in writing. Every
effort will then be made to re-let the apartment, and if
successful all monies will be refunded minus the £150
deposit and a £30 administration fee.
Groceries
and Supplies - Fresh milk, tea and sugar are put in for
new arrivals. If a shopping list is sent in advance, we
will purchase items on your behalf and they will be
waiting in the apartment for your arrival together with
an itemised bill. Alternatively, the village store is
less than 100 yards away and stocks a wide variety of
items. We encourage local trade and ask you to support
our local shops and artists.
